Making your customers a part of your business sounds easy and is “the right thing to do.” But very few companies are successful at it. Melanie DePaoli will discuss aspects often overlooked even when creating a culture of customer service is a business priority.
DePaoli is the founder of Omicle, a culture and branding firm. She has spent the last decade working with companies, schools, government clients and individuals. Her experience includes organizational culture, branding, operations and self-publishing.

Management: Bold Leadership for Women

This session will help women assess their own leadership style, learn the differences between managing and leading and develop practical leadership strategies for the workplace.
