The Home Builder Purchasing Program offers significant discounts on a wide variety of products and services by pooling the collective purchasing power of our members. This allows even our smallest member companies access to the best possible prices.
Lower Premiums on Health Insurance
Members can lower their Regence Blue Shield and Group Health employee health insurance premiums by 15 to 30 percent through the MBA Health Insurance Trust.
Refunds on Workmen's Comp Insurance Premiums
Our Group Retrospective Insurance Plan (GRIP) is a cost-effective retrospective rating program to assist in reducing companies industrial insurance and to ultimately earn refunds on Workmen's Comp Insurance premiums. A joint program of the Master Builders Association of King and Snohomish Counties and the Master Builders Association of Pierce County, GRIP has become the preferred choice of nearly 700 members, who have made the switch from the Return on Industrial Insurance (ROII) to GRIP.
NAHB Discounts
Master Builders Association members are automatically a member of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) and qualify for all the member discounts they have to offer.
